The images you receive from sight travel on the same neural pathways as the images you create in your mind. So, mental images have a similar physical and emotional response as real images.

Your thoughts and memories are connected like a spider web. Any time you have a thought or memory, it triggers a host of other thoughts, memories, and emotions, and those memories and emotions trigger a host of even more.

3. Emotions Create Experience

Our challenges to people, situations, and events isn't to the person, situation, or event, but our emotional response to them. Releasing the emotions around them can release years of pain, anxiety, heartaches, and heartbreaks.

      + How Long Are the Sessions?

      Each session lasts approximately 2 hours as it takes about a good hour for the unconscious to open up.

      Unfortunately, traditional therapy or coaching end at the 45 - 50 min mark, which means clients stay at the surface level without going deeper into the real issues.

      + How Many Sessions Will I Need?

      Since we work on the "core" issues, most people find 3-6 sessions are all they need. This is in contrast to spending years with traditional approaches.

      + Are the Session In Person or Online?

      All sessions are online, using a video platform like Zoom or Google Meet. That's because it's important for your unconscious to be in a quiet place, so it can feel safe to go inward.

      + How Does this Differ from Therapy?

      While we address many of the issues as traditional therapy, the Kam Knight Method uses a unique approach that leads to faster and more lasting results.

      Also, therapy involves a lot of questions of why do you feel this way? The explanations you come up with can ONLY be to the extent of what you know or have learned. So, if you’ve never learned about the core wounds or the core needs, those aren’t likely to come up as reasons for your struggles.

      More importantly, one of my mentors says the problem with most therapists and coaches is that they haven’t done their own work. They’ve just read about different theories or tools without applying it themselves, so they don’t realize 90% of the solutions don't work, or that they need to be applied a certain way to a certain person and in a certain setting.

      In fact, most therapists don’t know much about what you read above.

      + How Does this Differ from Coaching?

      Coaching is a lot of advice giving, and although a good coach has gone through what you’re experiencing, advice rarely changes anything. For example, what you’ve read so far explains the inner workings of your mind and emotions in great detail, but has that changed anything?

      Likely not...

      A bigger problem is without getting to know or understand you, coaches are quick to say what your problem is and what you have to do. I realized if your issue is in your brain, why not go directly there or the answer? That’s what this technique does, it takes you inside your mind to understand the causes and solutions to your problems.

      + How Does this Differ from Breathwork?

      Meditation and breathwork do work and studies show their effectiveness. However, it doesn’t necessarily remove, but rather manage the underlying issues.

      It doesn’t actually release what’s going on, it just helps manage the effects of it.

      If I have anxiety, I breathe. If I’m feeling overwhelmed, I meditate. It doesn’t actually release the issue.

      + How Does this Differ from Psychedelics?

      Plant medicines like psilocybin, ayahuasca, and ketamine are becoming more and more popular, though the experience is often intense and uncontrolled, so it's difficult to know what’s going to come up and how intensely.

      Also, there usually isn’t any integration, so it's easy to receive a big realization or release, but not last or have that much of an effect.

      What's more, psychedelics create positive and euphoric feelings that give the impression the issue is resolved when it’s just been covered up.

      The Kam Knight Method is direct, clear, and works on the underlying issue.
